They charge your credit card twice. Staff is full of excuses and do not care.
The staff was very apologetic and quick to respond to my issues; however there were bugs in the bed and crawling on the ceiling. No more rooms to switch to...not getting any sleep to night for fear of bugs crawling on me or my children.
