Ac did not work all night, half the outlets didn’t work and the lights didn’t work either. Would get my money back if I could.
Overall great hotel! Before booking, I booked a different hotel but changed my mind about the previous one last minute due to personal factors. I’m glad I booked this hotel because it’s such a contrast to previous ones I’ve stayed at around the area. Here, my room is very spacious and upon entry very clean, neat, and tidy. The front desk woman was so sweet. We had a mishap with our reservation and got a room here on super short notice. The location is less than a mile from the beaches and is surrounded by several food options. The rooms were clean, better then the reservation we had. Great location, great staff, and great experience
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Padre Island was extremely disappointing. The room we were first given was absolutely filthy—bathroom not cleaned, stains and dirt all over the walls, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained at all.
