The stay at this hotel was amazing, i was running late to check in so I called the hotel and a lady answered and i told her about me runnin late and told me that its fine. And once i arrived i got situated in the room and it was nice and clean, there was soap, towels, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper provided. I loved the mini fridge as well. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. The staff were nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.
Old. Not clean. Elevators ways past their inspection due dates. Cover missing in bottom of hot tub. Bathroom - hair on floor and towels. Security gates don’t work.
Horrible experience. We noticed our sink was clogged and there was food coming out of the sink as soon as we checked in so we went to ask if we can switch rooms and the lady at the front desk said there were "no more available rooms, sorry" but the parking lot was practically empty, made no sense so we stayed. Tv remote not working, sink in room 221 doesn’t drain properly and there is corn from previous people that stayed here, ac unit is controlled so be ready for a hot night, lady in the front was no help. Asked to switch us rooms or give us an upgrade which I said I would pay for, but she refused and said they were completely booked for the night even though there was only 8 cars outside. No elevator so be prepared to carry stuff up stairs. 9/19/26
Everything you'd expect from the Comfort Inn chain. Room was decent. Location is great. Staff are wonderful.
