Super friendly staff and decent rooms at an excellent price. Close to the Grand Ole Opry and downtown. And fresh baked cookies in the lobby! :-)
This hotel is beautiful
We have stayed at these hotels all over the US and this one by far has been the worst. No towels, no sheets, door did not lock, no pool towels, not hot food at "hot breakfast" and WAY under staffed
This is a great hotel. Clean, friendly, and in a prime location near a shopping center. Ladies at the front desk were great and the cleaning ladies as well. A++
My 2nd fav hotel chain. Can't go wrong.
Very clean rooms. Loved the 24 hr hottub & pool. Svetlana is a very nice housekeeper. The coffee was very good. The only thing bad was the elevators are VERY slow. Other than that it was great.
GREAT lobby & chic (locally inspired) restaurant. Connected to MOA. Free parking & wifi a plus. Rooms are fantastic & modern. Great fitness center. Pool area- sparse like an afterthought...No hot tub?

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool but they could stand to use WAY less chlorine!! Couldn't even swim for long b/c of it.
