Internet was fixed and now faster than any hotel I've ever stayed in.
Wireless Internet speeds anywhere from 200kB/s (midday) to under 5kB/s (late evening when EVERYONE is using the network). Hotel has ordered a dedicated line, but installation is months in the future.
If you are traveling on business and need Wi-fi I would suggest you stay somewhere else. Dial-up is faster than this. No joke!
Have family up here, have stayed twice and highly recommend it.

Customer service is 110% you can't get any better! Kristy makes you feel like your visiting family! I'd also like to mention Tammy and Bridget, they all here ROCK! Gonna miss them when I'm done here.
My wifi experience wasn't as bad as the other reviews. It was fine for streaming videos. Maybe they were used to a T1 or something.
Beautiful hotel. Best Sleep Inn ever. Very close to downtown. Parking is $15 and limited on the weekends.
