The only "complaint" I have, there are no vending machines. I don't feel like trapsing thru to the MOA just for a Pepsi.
I was able to check in early. Staff were super helpful, loved the concierge staff helping me find my way! This place is beautiful!

Great customer service and good breakfast for a lower-end hotel.
Glad there are no smoking rooms. Smoking needs to happen outside anyway.
Eventually Internet was finally fixed. Breakfast was okay. I definitely always prefer to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses because they are just better with FABULOUS breakfasts.
We did not choose to stay here, it was booked for us by the university. Internet was not working when we go there. Went to the desk to tell her and was told that I had to call the number in the book
Night 2: preparing for a major event and take a shower and find this roach. Don't stay here
