Awesome Keep up the great work!
A little tough to find from interstate 25. But the staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and nice. And coffee and cookies is always a nice touch! We’d highly recommend.
Although the room was comfortable the pool and hot tub was closed and I had booked this hotel for those amenities. There was no online notice . Very disappointed!
Do NOT let them put you in room 314! Or ANY room that shares a wall with the elevator shaft or the boiler room. NOISY!! You can hear people talking in the elevator. You can hear the elevator doors banging open and closed. I heard some clicking and whooshing sound coming from what I believe is the boiler room. Was NOT a restful experience.
Edwards at the front desk/night shift is super helpful and extremely kind. We had to do a late-night walk-in and tried several hotels. Ed helped us efficiently and warmly. He definitely made the night a better one ☀️
