This hotel is great! The rooms are nice and the staff are amazing and attentive. The only issue I had was with one of the front desk workers. She has a face tattoo. Every interaction I had with her, it seemed like I was the problem for asking her to do her job. The most recent experience I had was when I was checking out. Nice stay, nice pool, decent breakfast. Breakfast could’ve been better but it was alright. Room was spacious & clean. Could’ve used some better soap but it was fine. 2 beds & pullout couch fit 3 people just fine. Had great channels on the tv.
There were some roaches in the stairwell otherwise I had a good stay & good breakfast at the comfort inn. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
After traveling all over the southwest, my wife booked a room for us to arrive in and get settled for a highly-anticipated evening in Santa Fe. We got to the front desk and the price jumped from what they quoted to 2.5 times higher. They claimed she incorrectly reserved the room for a Monday, which is b.s. We said to hell with it and got on somewhere else. Definition of crooks. I don't think I'll ever stay at a Comfort inn ever again. I would give 0 stars, if possible.
