I've stayed here two years in a row following the two-day music festival "Hard Summer". Both stays were wonderful. We had shown up early and sought an early check in and the receptionist at the front desk worked with us and got us in a room as fast as she could. My business will definitely stay here. I recommend this hotel greatly.
my experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel the property is not living up to the standards expected from a hotel listed on your website.
