I was there to help clear out my grandma’s house after her passing. I brought my service dog with me and let them know. I had an awful experience at the Comfort Inn in Pomona and strongly urge others to avoid this property. During my stay, my car was broken into in the hotel parking lot. When I reported the incident, the staff were dismissive, claimed they weren’t liable, and showed me unusable, outdated, grainy security footage that the police couldn’t even work with. They said this had never happened before, yet also admitted they’d only worked there for about a year. The hotel itself was filthy. The lobby and hallways were not clean, and t... read more
