Very clean and staff is polite.
Desk associate is loud, unprofessional and terrible with customer service.
Unbelievably AWFUL SERVICE.... We booked one night, called and adjusted the date to one day later and booked for TWO nights, and they REFUSED to reimburse for the night we had originally booked. And that was after not being able to get ANYONE to call us back or even read an email. We were lied to and promised calls and contact and no one would get back to us. Booked a hotel room, then had to change the dates. Manager assured me I wouldn't be chatges but then I got charges 155 when I called they kept telling me they would refund and never did. Then started to ignore my calls. Been almost a month and they will not fix.
