terrible experience reserved a room with tub handicap room and there was no tub stopper. told me they did not have any and did not have any maintenance that evening. next day they moved me across the hall to a room with a tub stopper. I was worried about the refrigerator and in the daytime they said there was no maintenance and i asked the manager to call me but she was too busy and left the motel and never called me back I was checking the frig and found several spots of black mold. BLOODY COMFORTER!!! They Deleted photos and refuses to refund a $300 bill!! Absolutely Disgusting Experience After being unable to find a hotel in Lawrence, Kansas during a busy football weekend, I reluctantly booked the last room available at Comfort Inn & Suites—my only remaining option. We had a horrible experience! We are from out of state and noted we would do a late check in. we arrived at 9:45pm and the front desk woman pretended she had a "problem with her computer" and had to call the manager Michelle. Apparently they sold out and didn't have a room for us despite us having a reservation. We booked through booking.com which we need to pursue a refund. Nice Looking Rooms, but Overwhelming Smell At first glance, the rooms here actually look nice and well-kept, which gave me hope for a good stay. Unfortunately, the appearance is where the positives end. The smell of mold and urine is strong and persistent throughout the property, and with no real ventilation, it lingers and makes the room uncomfortable to be in. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was very convenient and close to places to eat and Santa Clause Indiana. The rooms are very clean and spotless. The staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and there were an adequate number of pillows on the bed. The Wi-Fi and TV both worked great. We did not use these but there is a pool and fitness room. I am at this inn right now and the noise over head has been horrible since about 4am. Absolutely unacceptable. Please stay anywhere except here. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance. It sounds like a gymnastics class overhead. So sad. A bad ending to a good weekend.

Oh my gosh! I have been awake for hours. The noise over head is horrible. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance men. The noise awoke me about 4am. I definitely would not ever stay here again!
