The only good thing about it was the night clerk was friendly and as accommodating as possible However, it said when I made the reservation there was a microwave...there wasn't.

We booked a stay in conjunction with howl-o-scream and our whole family came. Between us all were 5 kids (5, 3, 2, 1, and a baby). We booked this over a week ago and when we showed up after a long day of walking and rangling kids in a theme park, the hotel was overbooked and two of the families didn’t have rooms. I do not understand how you can overbook rooms. I understand howl-o-scream is overloading the hotels in the area, but why not call us and let us know our rooms weren’t available??? Service is pretty poor. No daily cleaning, front desk has a long wait, breakfast isn't set out on time

No les recomiendo es un hotel muy sucio huele mal y cuando entré revisé las camas antes de usarla y estaban manchadas de sangre y en ese momento me salí y me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar mi dinero y ya han pasado casi 15 días y nadie me responde y cuando estaba reclamando un señor también se quejaba que alguien entró a su cuarto es una porquería de hotel les agregó la foto del recibo y de la persona que me dijo que ese era su id y el se iba a encargar de mi reembolso a parte de pésimo lugar rateros me cobraron un servici... read more
