Hotel in a great location for visiting the New River Gorge Bridge area. Staff was friendly, rooms were basic and clean , beds were ok/good and they offered a free good breakfast with several choices. Would stay here again !

Below average, disappointing experience. The room had a faint musty odor. The pillows were very sad, more like sacks of loose cotton balls, Walmart wouldn't sell pillows like that. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of people and it was poorly stocked and maintained, most things at breakfast were gone or depleted.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful stay! Floyd was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, especially when it came to recommending some of the coolest things to do around the city. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The stay itself was very comfortable and relaxing, and the little touches really stood out — including the complimentary lemon water and tea. Everything made the experience feel warm and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again. Five stars all around — thank you, Floyd!

My 3 year old found a pill on the floor in our room. Quickly went down to customer service to complain and was given zero answers or any accommodation for a potential deadly encounter with my son. Super unhappy with my stay at this hotel. There was also belongings left in the room as well that was ALSO found by my three year old. All I was given was a “Sorry we will make the sure the room is deep cleaned after you leave”. Never staying here again when I am in town.
