I had a great stay here, but with some small issues that collectively made me remove a star: - The curtains barely cover the window, so there's nothing to block light (see the photo). - The shower curtain lets water through, which caused a huge puddle the first time I used it. - On one occasion, the pool was so dirty I didn't feel comfortable swimming in it (it was fine other times though). - Housekeeping is not "only when requested" (quote from a sticker in the bathroom), it's every day unless you put up the Do Not Disturb ... read more
Washer and dryer were broken
I’ve stayed at multiple Comfort Inns across the country without any issues — but this particular location was a different story. I called to request a room change because the King room was clearly listed online at the same rate I was already paying — not just on third-party sites, but directly on the Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels website. Despite this, the staff refused to honor the rate, claiming “prices are subject to change.” That would make sense if the rate had actually changed — but it hadn’t.
