I was just at this hotel 4 days ago. Had no issues at all. The check-in was smooth and quick. I returned because I had no issues with it. The lady at the front desk says we don't accept that chime debit cards. I said I was just here a few days ago, and I used the same card. I even explained that it is a credit card and not a debit card. Mind you, the room is already paid for. She denied me service for a deposit. When booking your stay, they don’t tell you that you’ll be sleeping on “accent / throw” couch pillows only. I’ve never seen a hotel do this to cut costs - a good night’s sleep, friendly staff and a hot shower are essential ingredients to a good experience. . *photos provided for reference The staff was very kind - actually the service was superb. Truly was what would have me stay here again. Also, Target was 1 mile away, so a solution to a good night’s sleep wasn’t that bad.
The hotel was good and the staff was awesome. They were very friendly.
