Trianna was super nice, sweet, helped me through a difficult time with my dad's passing. Trianna kept the front lobby very clean, makes you feel welcome when coming. She checked on my mom and made sure she was ok during this difficult time. Trianna is the best
a woman who i believe to be the manager of the hotel was rude to the guests including myself and to the staff , besides that the other staff were polite and friendly , the rooms were rooms , the ac didn’t work the best , the breakfast was good , overall the hotel was mediocre , not bad if your looking to just stay one night

My date of staying here was October 31. It was late at night at midnight or around that time, raining outside and very cold. I had waited a while to book the room because I was busy that day.And I was stranded in kokomo , i'm not from kokomo , but somehow I had gotten stuck out there and needed a place to stay. I waited too long to book the room, so I had to book a double Queen bed, which is fine by me because it is extra room.
