I would not suggest staying here until they do a renovation. Pluses: checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was better than average. Minuses: anything about the room other than the bed and pillows.
If I could give a zero star I would. Booked a room there for 1 night. We were driving from Oregon to drop my son off at college in Weed. Went to go check in and “oops” they deleted our reservation and gave our room away. Angry is putting it lightly. I am so disappointed. We had to drive all the way BACK to Oregon as there were no other places to stay that weekend. Didn’t get to say goodbye or spend time with my son. Shame on you Comfort Inn!!!!!
Stayed one night, booked two rooms, one room smelled like wet dog. Kept window open until the 18 wheelers parked in front of the hotel on the street and ran their A/C all night, pool was a solid no go, cold and water bugs. Not a location I would recommend...
Hotel clerks need to be more helpful and not act as if their being put out to check us in or out. Evening clerk was the worse.
This place is unbearable! My brother and his fiancé are staying here for my brothers birthday and the roof is pouring water into the bathtub from the ceiling! Like what!!???? He won’t review this place so I will cause this is just diabolical that they offered him 50$ back for a 350$ 2 night stay? How are you still in business with this situation? This place needs to be condemned and never to be open again! This is by far my worst nightmare and I’m not even there! Wow just give him his money back please!
