i had a horrible stay the room was beside hwy traffic loud all nite cancelled my reservation for next nite and instead of my charge card being credited i was charged 2 more nights and double pet fee. it took a week to get the extra charges off for the room but the pet fee that was supposed to be credited to my card was charged again 2 times $22.50 plus i was charged $40 on my billThey need to remove $22.50 n credit me $22.50 n $20 for pet fee excessive chargesIf this compa… See more

I have always stayed at this hotel when in Rochester. I haven’t stayed anywhere else in years. Tonight when I checked in I was told I couldn’t get a room upgrade because corporate didn’t put it in their notes on my reservation. I explained that I had never obtained a room upgrade this way.
