Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The room had an unpleasant odor, and there was hair from previous guests on the beds and even on the walls. I also found trash left on the floor. Good for your money, convenient and clean.
This is my second time staying at this hotel in Monterey Park. The rooms are very clean, and honestly, it’s very quiet. The hotel is small, but very comfortable. The beds are especially comfortable, the parking is great, and overall, I’ve had a very good experience.
