Shower head was broken, people were slamming doors and yelling until 5am, got zero sleep. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at 280 night.
I'll be honest, at first I was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and the room had a great layout and was nicely updated. The bed was pretty comfortable and everything was great. The location felt a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. It was a little noisy throughout the night with sirens and people in the hallway being loud. The staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. No real complaints. My wife and I were happy with our stay.
This last stay was a NIGHTMARE. I have stayed at this hotel 4/5 time and never had issues before the staff have always been friendly and they offer complimentary breakfast which had a huge variety. Unfortunately this last stay I did discover roaches in my room after I was aware of the situation I immediately packed my things and asked front desk to move me rooms they were not able to do that because they said they were sold out of rooms. Was very disappointed to pay $240 for a room with mold in the shower and window. As someone with a severe mold allergy, it was disappointing to tell the attendant and they seemingly did not even care at checkout. The USB in the room did not work and all the lights flickered as well.
