If you like roaches and mice this the spot for you. They hike the price up so when you complain they lower the price so your happy all while getting the price they wanted to begin with. Welcome to the hotel game not just this one but def this one.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. If there was anything that needed to be addressed, it was done in a very professional manner. My room has always been clean, and in good order
I noticed mouse droppings and a few roaches crawled across the tv. Bed bugs on the mattresses and dirty towels. Management fake cares about your request and scruntinize certain guest. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Management changed ... the hotel service and welcoming atmosphere has declined horribly. Not only is there no longer a friendly greeting with appreciation of your stay as you return your key card, she doesn't even acknowledge your presence. The level of training is also disappointing regarding the evening and late night shift.
