We have stayed here 3 different times over 3 years and have found the rooms were clean, sheets and pillows clean and fresh. You can tell they are upgrading the bathrooms. Check-in has always been pleasant and helpful especially when asking about local amenities such as a very short drive to Shriners Children's Hospital when you have an appointment. I would agree that some check-out staff's communication during check out is lacking customer service skills.
Don’t stay here! The halls smell like weed, it’s dirty, and you can’t take breakfast to the rooms… I can bring my left overs from dinner to my room or go pick up lunch and eat it in my room but you cant take breakfast. Dumbest rule ever! That one thing honestly ruined my stay. How are you gonna tell someone they can’t eat in a room they overpaid for.
