Not a great experience, but not a terrible one either. Pros: - The pool is nice. - The room was fairly clean. - The price was affordable. Cons - The front desk lady could be friendlier. - The breakfast could be better. - The music outside by the pool is borderline torture. - There is a sweet scented smell in the foyer, and somewhat throughout the hotel. It literally smells like marshmellows, but really strong. - We stayed 2 nights and they never made up the room on day 2 (which I beleive they were supposed to). I mean our st... read more

Terrible, tub constantly dripping, ac won't cool room, floor feels greasy and shoeprint left when walking around room. Don't stay here!
They really want to make this out to be a five star hotel so bad. Sadly it's barely even a 2. A half cleaned half renovated mess. Staff is RUDE as soon as you ask them something they give immediate attitude because they don't understand English. I inquired about a bag so that I could bring my breakfast to my room. The rude receptionist at the front desk said there's no breakfast allowed in the room. Like really I've never been to a hotel that has such a stupid rule.
