Mold in the shower. the bed is lower back pain first day type bed. traveling away from home 13h away management woke us up from sleep working night shift made us move truck and trailer said it’s not fair for other customers they don’t care about hard working people just $
Rolled in from Texas. I usually look for a Comfort Inn when traveling. You can always count on clean rooms, decent breakfast and great prices. The lady at the front desk this morning was super helpful! I'll be looking for another Comfort Inn tomorrow on my next stop.
Clean hotel with great staff. Karen was warm and kind upon arrival and the room was spotless.
Beyond disappointed with this hotel. I’ve been booking with them for years. Always paid for my hotel before arriving. I bought me and my families room earlier on the discount price. The snow storm literally made us have to pull over on the side of the road. I explained this to the hotel and 2 different representatives. I was told there is no exception even when the main highway gets shut down. I even asked for some type of points to rectify and I was told no 3 times. Was a lot nicer and cleaner than I expected for the price. I was super impressed and overjoyed with how clean and the breakfast was decent for free. I will come back for sure!
