Delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, with potatoes, refried beans, tortillas, salsa + yogurts, breads, pastries, oatmeal, etc. Called front desk because TV in room wasn't working, within 2 minutes someone had come to check and in less than 10 minutes I had a replacement. Friendly staff, daily housekeeping service. I wish the bed linens had smelled more like bleach.
I went down to the valley for my daughter’s graduation reserved a room here. The bed mattress was hard I couldn’t sleep and I had traveled for 2 days. I complained to the manager Ana Rodriguez. and checked out decided to go to another hotel. After checking out later that evening I got a call from the managers Son which worked evening shift and he said they charged $500 some dollars because we broke the TV. I went over there and they were rude as hell so I called the police to make a report because I didn’t even turn the tv o... read more
Cold and comfortable rooms . The hospitality was perfect from staff . They even sent me tona real good mexican restaurant.
