Checked in at 4:30pm and checked out by 7:30pm the same day. The entire hotel smells like stale and fresh cigarettes. The bed felt like the springs were going to shoot through the top of the mattress. After a few hours in the room the smoke odor was unbearable, this was also accompanied by neighbors screaming at each other about money, banging on doors, and someone was apparently overdosing. Really nice staff, felt really bad for the housekeeper because she was alone to clean 30 rooms. The hotel is a non-smoking one however I hated that people stood at the front door smoking and no one stopped them, also the elevator reeks of smoke as well. Also smelt like people were smoking in their rooms too. I had a little hiccup one night with the hot water but other than that it was ok. Nice location with a restaurant across the street and a plaza you could walk to.
Steer far away from this place!!! The place is dirty, horribly managed and not worth the price. An embarrassment to the Comfort Inn name. We arrive check in and our room key does not work! Get a new key, the room is dirty with crumbs on the floor, and some lubricant packets on the floor,and there are no normal size towels only hand towels. Have to get new towels.
