Our last day June 18, 2026 we had no hot water prior to leaving for a celebration of life in LA. Front desk would not answer the phone from the room or my cell phone! When I reached the front desk, she said oh was that you trying to call. She then said sorry. In addition Comfort Inn let customers smoke Marijuana in the hotel rooms and drink alcohol while in the parking lot getting drunk. Great inexpensive hotel close to everything in San Diego 👌
All questions were answered immediately. Workers were very attentive. Breakfast was great.
Very nice Comfort Inn. We especially like the way they room was set up with a completely separate room with another bed. It worked out well as we had my in-laws with us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable & clean, the air worked well, the location was convenient, (although the freeway traffic is a little noisy but tolerable). It was overall great. cancelled my room without notice and I was left stranded with no hotel. When asked why they said because my rate was too cheap.
