Clean and well appointed rooms friendly staff close to all the main activities in Cairns
The room is in need of renovation, the bathroom particularly with peeling paint, water damaged, ciling, door etc. Comfortable bed and great to have plenty of space.
We lost our valuable belongings in the room. After we found that we called the reception for getting it back. The ONLY answer we got was, we can help you nothing. This is uncomfortable phone call I’m gonna hang up. IT’S ABSOLUTELY INSANE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! WHAT MAKES THE STUFF WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE? We just checked out in the morning at the same day. After couple of hours, we are not able to take our belongings back! This is an extremely awful experience I’d ever had!
