Elevator out of service. Room door needs work, not fire safe to get out of room, and vent in bathroom was needing to be cleaned. Will mention on our way out.
They are putting in work for the betterment of customer service and comfort. They being said the staff is accommodating. Especially Veronica at the front desk, she has a beautiful and joyful spirit. Very welcoming and that's a Blessing
Checked in about 9:30 pm. Dropped bags and went to casino. When returned about 1 am. Toilet didn't flush, TV service was out. Loud banging all night. The banging was shaking the walls. Told the front desk about situation. Hair on the walls of the shower. No I'm sorry or what can we do to make this right. I travel every week and never had a problem at Comfort Suite. This is unacceptable to a paying customer.
