Don’t let the affordable room prices fool you. I came to this hotel without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the hotel staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The quality of the food and service was top-notch. Thank you for truly caring about your business and the people who stay here.
Funny story. So this hotel used to be the Three Palms. It was a very run down, sad looking place, and when I moved to Bay City almost fifteen years ago, I saw it and almost started crying because of how dreadful everything looked. We don't live in Bay City anymore, and I found it extremely ironic when we stayed here for a weekend. The employees are very nice, our room was clean and pleasant. It's really not in a great part of town, but there aren't too many great parts of town.
Nestled right in the middle of the bridges. Great spot for the Bay City fireworks and great spot to catch Johnny's Kitchen foodtrailer for the fireworks.......
Wonderful and friendly staff. The pool is always clean and the breakfast is pretty good.
I stayed a few nights here while in town for a conference. It isn't fancy by any means, but it was clean, fairly quiet, the shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations. The woman who kept the breakfast area stocked was very sweet. Breakfast was the usual cereal, bagels, milk, coffee, waffles, etc. The rooms didn't have any charging ports, but there were plenty of towels in the bathroom.
