I was staying long term in hotel I am a disabled 62 year old in July the hotel moved me to a different room this room had bedbugs I found 2 in my bed the morning if Aug.b11 th and told front desk They moved me to another room and nothing else was said. When I *******information found hotel was supposed to refund me for the room reimburse for laundry replace any luggage and reimburse for any medical issues.
