Very clean. Staff is amazingly nice and friendly. Loved the 3rd shift front desk lady! She always had the lobby area clean and smelling good. There’s complimentary lemon water in the lobby and some drinks and snacks to purchase. Housekeeping is available by request. Clean room nice size microwave and fridge.
Stayed here for business, reception refused to give us receipts for our rooms that our company paid for. If you plan to stay here for business, I would look elsewhere.
We used this hotel during Christmas Break for our grandkids to go swimming during the day. Wish the pool had been warmer so we could have stayed longer. The hotel is clean and well kept. Reservation and Front desk staff very accommodating.
Very pleasant staff. Very convenient location near the Indianapolis airport.
