We stayed the weekend of the 2026 NCAA Men's basketball championships. We checked in at 7 pm and were on the 3rd floor. THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN! Of course, there were no lower floor rooms available. The ONLY thing keeping us from rating this hotel a 1 was the very nice desk clerk who graciously offered to help carry luggage upstairs. The drapes had tears in them. The bathroom ceramic had noticeable repairs. Ugh. Thank goodness, we were at the tourney most of the weekend.
Wish I knew front desk ladies name. So cordial
Our stay was very nice. The staff was friendly.
