This hotel is the worst I’ve been to in a while!! Do not stay here!! First it’s humid and smelly. The couches in the lobby are sooooo dirty! The gym won’t open with my key and is as big as a pantry. They won’t give you extra towels unless you bring back a used towel. Mind you they only give you two! I’ve NEVER been to a hotel that doesn’t give you extra towels when needed. I'm a low maintenance gal who doesn't need a fancy hotel to stay in, so please know when I say this hotel was bad, it was BAD. By far the worst I've ever stayed in. - There was mold in our bathroom on the door frames. There was mold in the vents of the A/C unit in the room. A bad scent in the hallway / rooms. Update number 2 : picture included woke up to multiple attempts and two different charges attempted to be deducted from our card. I of course called the hotel and questioned them, they said they did not charge us I said I have the proof right here what are you doing ? The woman I spoke to said we are trying to give you a refund I said that’s not a refund you are charging my card. Don't come here ever.The place is roach infested.The staff is unprofessional,and rude when we asked for a refund. They refused even tho we had just been there for about 3 hours and not the full stay. Check in after 9 and now leaving at 11. Also the lady" kim" gave us a fake name and refused to call any manager to assess the situation.
