Check in was great ….. people were very friendly ….. The maintenance man I think his name was Ray said hello introduced himself and asked if we were enjoying our stay he had to help me with room key because I was having a hard time with it . If I come back to this area I definitely stay here . Thank you
Needs repairs! After staying at many, many hotels, I must say The Hub has great potential but needs major upkeep and repairs. While our room seemed to be clean, their were spackled repairs in the bathroom, and the worst part was the odor! Our room had a nasty, undetermined smell which was unable to disappear after complaining - which I had to do at the front desk because the digital assistant didn’t help, and when I picked up the phone in the room to contact the front desk, the wire was gone, lol!! Google says they accept pets, but I called and they said they dont. Good thing I called before making reservation.
