The room was large which is what I was hoping for out of a suite, BUT this place is run down, dirty, and needs a lot of maintenance/attention. From opening to door to taking a shower it is pure filth. If it wasn’t homecoming and all other options weren’t booked we would never have stayed here. We definitely will not be back. The photos online are NOTHING like reality! Disgusted beyond measure.
I booked online and ran into some problems when I arrived. Sanjay, who checked me in was able to work around those issues, and I am having a great stay here currently. The employees are friendly, the front desk employees were extremely kind. I’m in Columbia often, and need a hotel to stay. This will be my go to from now on. The rooms are pretty clean, especially for an older building. Quiet at night too! I left to run some errands, and came back to a tidy room with my beds made. Really appreciate that as well!

we were the loudest ones in the whole hotel but the phone never rang so very good experience beds were clean shower head good pressure bath was hot
