The heat/AC units are very loud and in short bursts and you can hear them from many other rooms as well as your own

This hotel is a DUMP!! Filthy room, porcelain chipping off sink, toilet hard to flush, then run on for 5+ minutes. The ac from an adjoining suite was pulsing/vibrating through the wall to the bed, wall mounted headboard was a constant thumping, even with a sleeping pill. I insisted staff come and hear it, she didnt seem surprised but definitely understood the issue, and managed to get me moved to another room at 2am. We stayed here for my son's ball tournament and the staff were soooo lovely and accommodating. We had an issue with our first room (soggy carpet) and they switched us to a wood floor room right away. Highly suggest requesting a wood floor room if you can. Two of our games were rained out and the front desk staff were SO lovely and set up the breakfast room as a little movie theatre so the boys would be entertained while we waited for the rain to clear.
