Hockey tournament. Check in was smooth and our room was clean and great that it came with a mini fridge & microwave. The staff was friendly and courteous. Yes, an older hotel and there are time limitations to socialize in the front hotel area but location worked for us. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, service was good, breakfast yummy and chk in/out smooth. Thank you
We arrived before check in time. Alicia was our front desk host. So kind and sweet. Once she heard me say ‘bummer I was hoping for a ground floor room’ she changed it. Did not expect that at all. She was fun, joking with us, still very professional. She gave a recommendation for dinner and promptly handed us a coupon as well as food to order. Walking to the room, I passed the laundry. Regularly staying three nights per week. Jobsite is 40 minutes away and I have to be there before 7am. I'm sure a 6am breakfast availability would be appreciated by all guests, especially workers. Everything else is very comfortable. Thank you.
Excellent caring staff...rooms sooooo clean!! Would give then more stars if I could.
