Horrible stay – No hot water, no customer service Stayed at this Comfort Inn and had no hot water for my shower. When I asked the front desk about it, they had no clear answer and offered no timeline for a fix. We had a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a middle-aged front desk lady who gave off incredible, warm, and positive vibes. There was a brief mix-up where we were initially given the wrong room key for room 215 instead of 217. The room was not fully ready yet, but when the cleaner noticed the miscommunication, she immediately went downstairs to clarify it. Stayed here during the 1000 islands regatta. Checked in with KATHERINE. She works over night and she was amazing and super friendly! She got to know us and took care of all of our issues! I’d trust her to plan my wedding or even trade my stock portfolio…. Yes, I asked her but she stayed professional and declined my request. Th first night we noticed the tub was draining slowly and she made sure the issue was fixed the next morning and we were compensated fairly on the rate.
