We got the room and it was dirty. Dirty sheets, mold in the tub and toilet was dirty. We asked for another room and it was worst. We had to clean the bathroom by ourselves and ask for clean sheets that we installed. They offered us to leave the place 2 times and offered 35$ off the price we paid. We don't want 35$ off we were ok with the price. We want a clean room. We don't want 35$ to stay in a dirty place This place is mismanaged and employee don't care at all for the customer service. Was laying in the bed and black bugs in it ! Curtains where ripped in two different rooms
The room was certainly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to park right in front of our room. Breakfast was disappointing. We showed up at 8:00 and there was only one dried up egg left, no waffles, no fruit, no yogurt. It was convenient to have a grocery store across the street the street, but otherwise it was just a break from a long drive.
I told the less than friendly guy at the desk that I was staying overnight for a medical procedure. I was then charged a "tourist levy" on my room that I didn't notice until a few days later. I gave them a chance to rectify this erranous charge, but I get silence. I won't be returning to ANY Comfort Inn. That's too bad. It usually was my first choice when I travel, but I'm not putting up with this.
Typically, it takes forever to check into a Comfort Inn, but on this visit the receptionist, Jagdup, was extremely efficient and checked me in within minutes. Furthermore, he went out of his way to accommodate my request for a ground floor room. Notwithstanding that, when he saw that I was a Choice Hotel points holder, he made me feel like a king! Kudos to Jagdup! And as usual, the property and rooms were clean and comfortable.
