I booked this room online for a one night stay. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. And this type of error happens often. The online booking booked the room for a month later than I wanted. When I started the process It prefilled with the current data date. I did not enter any changes to the date, I don't know why the online booking gave me a date a month later. The local inn told me to call corporate. Corporate said to call the local inn. This place offers exactly what I want out of a 2-star hotel: clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pretty decent breakfast that runs until 10am. We did see staff constantly tidying up the hallways and common areas. It’s got a pool and a hot tub as well. There is no elevator, so if you can’t do stairs then be sure to request the first floor when you book. The location is by a bunch of shops and grocery stores, which is convenient for food and if you’ve forgotten to pack anything.
Comfortable bed, we had all we needed. Not new, but clean. Kind of typical it seems, that the drain doesn’t keep up as you shower, the tub holds a couple inches of water that slowly goes down after water is turned off.
Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and quiet. Great selection of breakfast foods.
