This hotel filthy. We left and never slept in our 2 rooms that we booked for a work event . I showed the night manager photos of both rooms and told him we are leaving due to unsanitary conditions we saw a cockroach, bodily fluids on the couch and bed . He proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t refund my money for the 2 rooms until Mr. Patel came in at 6am it was already 2:30 am and I need to find 2 rooms for my staff to sleep so we went into Manhattan. Clean, quiet location. Had nice gym. Free breakfast included.
Such rude welcoming by the man at the front desk. Very disappointed by Choice hotels to hire someone like that. Any issues I had with the room fell on deaf ears. Stay anywhere else but here
