Good firm pillows.
In January 2026, my senior parents had been discharged from the hospital and we returned to their home to find some significant issues (eg no heat). We had the amazing experience of staying at the Comfort Inn while we figured it out. The rooms were comfortable but the highlight was the staff. They went above and beyond to provide support and kindness to my parents (both with significant mobility issues) for the days that we stayed there- also during a very intense winter storm. The overall experience is good, especially the towels in the bathroom are really clean, the breakfast is good. I would like to book it again next time. The small complaints are that I cannot fully close the curtains and suggest the room service can exchange some fresh air for the room especially during the winter season.
