We had a lovely stay at the Comfort Inn Fort Erie, and I want to mention that the staff members we interacted with were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience when trying to resolve a billing issue was extremely disappointing. I was charged for two additional rooms as no-shows, so I called the hotel to ask if the charges could be reviewed and reversed. We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Fort Erie this past weekend for our daughter’s hockey tournament, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff! The hotel itself is a little older, nothing fancy, but the service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and if anything came up, it was dealt with immediately. Stayed as a hockey team. Awesome hotel! Basic but has everything you need. The cost is so reasonable. Lots of green space around hotel for kids to run around. Hotel is perfectly located with many amenities close by! Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at Comfort Inn in Fort Erie one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is free parking, and breakfast is included. Breakfast is adequate, not great. Staff was all right I guess, we didn't have much interaction, check in and check out. The location is not great, it's somewhere at the edge of Fort Erie, next to a pretty busy highway. The road leading to the hotel could use some repaving. There's no walking anywhere, you must drive.
