The room was clean but I witnessed roaches almost everyday I was in the room from baby bugs to an adult. I was there for 4 nights. They definitely need to contact an exterminator. The hotel needs some updates but it's tolerable except for the bugs.
Jessica at check in was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Close to the end of her shift, she also fixed the coffee machine for me to get some. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would… When I first arrived the lady I spoke to was very unfriendly as if she didn’t even want to do HER JOB- then she gave me a room with holes in the wall, and very badly stained carpet. I told her I’d like to change and I got a room that was a tad better BUT then I saw roaches in the bathroom! I was supposed to stay 2 night but I just couldn’t do it, I packed my bags and got me and my children out of dodge and went to the Courtyard at Marriott in Cayce which was phenomenal an... read more
