everything from rats spread out through the hotel, having call cops from regular drug dealers staying, plus dont think thisbplace follows sanitation laws. do not recommend strongly have worked here twice would know.
Friendly staff, room was clean , would definitely stay here again when back in town. Good place for a quick sleep.
hot tub broken and breakfast buffet not stocked with enough food. ran out. room smelled and had to get a room freshener. broken closet door. also could hear room above banging. accidentally left item behind an nothing done by motel to find it. considered lost. never stay there again

A good cleaning would go a long way!! The pictures, window sills, lamp shades, under the lamps were all filthy!! To top that off, a very nasty notice in the bathroom of what you would be charged if you carried the joint off (as if you would want that junk)!! I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of my door the complete duration of my stay! I had just stepped out of the shower when a knock came at the door! Simply read their response to not being able to figure out how to apply a gift card from their own company.
The room wasn't bad but we had a major issue with GM, no issues upon check in or the majority of the stay, the receptionist knew I had more than 4 people in room, by people I mean myself and children. I signed the receipt agreeing to the charges for one suite, the next day after checking out I realized on my bank account that they charged me for 2 rooms and when I called to speak to the GM she was extremely rude and unprofessional and said since I had over 4 in my room they were charging me double. Our room smelled horrible. Had to get fabreeze so we could stand it. Dirty sock was under sink in bathroom. Toilet was dirty.
