Room security is nonexistent. Even with the security latch open (which is only secured by two short drywall screws barely in the trim) you can still open the door all the way. It literally serves zero purpose. This door has clearly been kicked in a few times.
Allyson is one of the best front desk workers. I'm here every week for the last 2 weeks and thus far, so nice. She's always good for a chuckle.
I left behind a jacket that was gifted to me by my father and supposedly it disappeared when I called to retrieve it… it sounds dumb but it had sentimental value and the only thing the front desk lady said was she didn’t find it then laughed … I told her it’s not something you’d think to throw away I told her exactly what it looked like and where it was left and she said all I can do is call back.
