Terrible experience. Accidentally booked this hotel we wanted a different hotel and as soon as I booked it I tried to cancel it and the property wouldn't get back to be before the trip. Once arriving I explained the situation and the woman working the desk said the manager wouldn't do anything about it that I should just check in or eat the money I had spent.
