Great hotel. Very clean. Was able to bring the dog which was great. We had an excellent experience.

Here is the letter I wrote to them regarding our stay which I have not heard back from. I'm writing you regarding our overnight stay at your hotel on Friday, August 14, 2026. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by several issues with our assigned room and the subsequent room change. Upon check-in, we were assigned Room 127. Staff was nice but the quality for paying $200 a night was far below expectations of the value for paying that much.
Lost power at home in 100 degree weather. Glad Best Western is between home and work. And didn't cost a fortune for just a one night stay.
