The hotel was spotless, the staff made me feel at home, and the location was perfect. A relaxing stay with all the essentials—comfort, cleanliness, and care.
Not a 3-Star hotel. Cleanliness, smell, amenity, upkeep, and aesthetics indicate it should be a 1-Star, 2- at a push. It does not smell pleasant, the interior seems humid and damp. The hotel has unlikely seen an update of any kind, except the TVs, since the mid-1990s. Additionally, the carpet felt dirty and bed linens/duvets had paint stains. For a chain hotel that is usually reliable in its quality and amenity, this Comfort Inn location in NE Kansas City, MO is pretty abysmal. Avoid.
