I booked two rooms for my family and I to take a trip to the zoo and stay the night. ,Online it says $85 and even $75 but that's a lie. They ended up charging almost $100 extra. Nothing was offered to fix it or try to make it right. (I am calling corporate.) The "hot tub" is a bathtub with disgusting jets that do not work. No hair dryer in the room. They do have an outdoor pool but staff acts irritated when you ask to go outside. There are bird feces all over the chairs that have clearly been there for weeks. The AC quit in ... read more
Everything here was awesome!
All I have to say is don't touch anything in a rooms. It just looked and felt extra dirty. People who worked there was nice. But I would not stay again. Breakfast was okay - yogurt, mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. Pool outside, but we didn't use it.
