We were concerned by the Victorian style not being are usual quality inn we stay at. After we talked the staff at the front desk we were assured that it was not a house of I'll repute after all. (Darn, no lady's of the night here.)But they made up for with great service and extra pillow and room that made me feel I should be ringing a bell and requesting my tea please.
We are always pleased with this Quality Inn. Very nice & clean, & very comfortable beds. Been coming to Eureka Springs for a long time. We use to stay at Best Western, but tried Quality Inn for something different. We keep coming back here when we're in town. A much better place. They recently opened their new breakfast area that had burned down. It is so nice. The food is really good. It was hot & fresh, & very well kept. Anytime we've stayed here, the staff have been wonderful. We absolutely recommend this hotel.
Bugs on sofa. Prices not disclosed at checking in.I ask for no jacuzzi and had room with jacuzzi! Prices go up on Thursday with out notification unless you ask! Never received an email of confirmation of reservation to verify charges!
