Mike my Tech responded very quickly. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. My drain line was plugged up. He installed a new clean out so it would be easier to address cleaning out the drain in the future. Would highly recommend.
Nate was very thorough checking our AC system. Very pleasant and professional.
Lyle and his crew went above and beyond for me when my AC went out! All of them were so friendly and professional in every way I would recommend them anytime without a doubt 100% Such a positive experience!!
If there were 6 stars, that's what CIS would get. Reliable, kind, attention to detail -- not just for the product being serviced, but for the customer! A solid example of true customer service.
Mike K. Provided thorough, professional and excellent service. Mike A. Ably assisted. Thank you.
