We needed to replace our furnace and A/C this year at our home in Deerfield. Had three different HVAC companies in to bid the job. Lyle was by far the most responsive, answered all questions, extremely patient and showed interest in having us as a customer. It was an easy decision. I went with CIS. The installation team was great as well. They did my parents house about 15 years ago and they had nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend them.
We switched to CIS when they acquired Al Kaplan( customer of Al Kaplan for 19 years). Very happy with the transition. Very knowledgeable technical team and management. I worked with them over the last 1 year for a Central A/C replacement and a water heater. Very happy with the team. I will recommend them for all your needs
