We needed a new furnace for our single family home in Skokie. I had been using Al Kaplan Heating as our HVAC contractor for over 30 years. They became part of Comfort Indoor Solutions. We went with them on a new Carrier furnace with a Heat Pump. CIS installed the entire system on a wintery day. I knew and trusted the installers who did the work from previous visits. I cannot recommend this company enough. 3 other companies refused to replace a boiler part that was under warrantee including the company who sold me the boiler. They all just wanted to sell me a new boiler!! Lyle and his team talked to the mfg, got the part and replaced it in record time at a reasonable price. Truly they will be my go to HVAC company for as long as I live in Chicago. Thank you Comfort.
