Southern Housing of Tupelo failed to honor a signed sales price agreement, submitting a price to the bank $3,817 higher than agreed. When I questioned this, they were dismissive, saying, “we can’t make you understand” and “you’ll drive yourself crazy looking at these numbers.” I understood the documents clearly; they simply didn’t honor the deal. Absolutely awful service. Steve started out sounding great. Then they submitted to the bank $3800 more than what we agreed to. When I asked them about it. They try to tell me a different story. I got the bank to give me the itemized work sheet. Then they tell me they don’t want to do the deal with me because I asked questions about where the money is going. Word for word they said “ we can’t make you understand so we are going to refund your money” Stay far far away from this company
We love our home girl Regan! She has answered all questions from the beginning even when things were stressful she figured it out! She fixed any issues that we had quickly. We are still waiting on a few things in the home, but she is always on it when we ask for updates. Go see Regan!!!
