Plenty help and a lot of people and great house to choose from
The team there was inviting. We worked with Scott, great guy, helped set everything we wanted up and kept us informed about our mobile home he was having built. Very easy to work with.
Absolute nightmare!! Run from these people!! Didn’t really want to talk unless I had a down payment. So I gave them what I had saved up because I was desperate, worst mistake of my life. They kept most of my money. If you don’t have money for a lawyer, please go somewhere else. I hope I can save at least one family from the nightmare I went through
My husband and I went in to see about getting a home and we had the pleasure of working directing with Charlie Varrell. He was super informative and very kind. He got us a home the same day. Charlie took care of all the paperwork and dealing with the lender- which at times felt like was above and beyond what I would have expected. I barely had to lift a finger.
