I worked with Comfort Homecare Services for several years as my father struggled through the final years of his life. Dad wanted to live at home, not in a facility. I live 2000 miles away, and a neighbor of Dad's recommended CHCS to help Dad. I called and spoke to Jemima Sam, the owner, and after coming out to meet Dad and assess Dad's needs, CHCS started shortly thereafter. Julia came to service me. I just had shoulder surgery. This was a temporary situation and I guess the head person didn't tell her. It was a temporary situation. She thought it was more permanent. I live in a small apartment. I first scheduled for two days a week, four hours each day and found out that I just didn't need anybody that many days and wanted to get it down to one.
