This company was very unprofessional. The installers just argued the entire time they were working. I felt like I was babysitting lol. After the job was finished they were in such a hurry to leave they didn't even put in a furnace filter, take the trash with them or make sure the unit was working properly. Turns out it wasn't, the brand new heat pump was wired wrong at the thermostat and could not run. So we were unknowingly on emergency heat the entire time. My warranty company uses them. They picked up the job only to schedule it in 6 days. The temperatures are below zero and I have 5 children! Christmas just ended. Most people can't afford this expense at this time... which is a reason I have a warranty. Anywho, I called and whomever answered was less than pleasant. I didn't care that you have "500 other callers", I care that I have no heat and children. Don't pick up a job if you can't come out in a reasonable amount of time. Acted like my AC unit had a "special" hook up, so they didn't test for leaks. (hazardous leaks!) the unit WAS leaking. I called another company to take a look, they had NO PROBLEM testing. Called the owner of comfort and he was hateful and rude! What a waste of my hard earned money. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
They came to my house put In A $40.00 thermostat and charged me $178.00. Crazy rip off. Think twice !!!!!!
