I have had them out to my house twice one to fix the ac and the other the heater. Both times been fixed right away and both times very affordable. Brady cleaned out the coils which was a great addition to service.

Needed a simple solenoid for my humidifier. Was told they don’t sell parts out of the store because “I” might install it wrong. There are better choices in Salina. Do not recommend.

My wife had comfort come early this month for an annual maintenance. The technician told me I had a problem and quoted me almost 1000$. I then called 2 other companies and they both told me there was no problem with my system. I’ve noticed a decline in this company for the past couple years and they seem to be focused on sales more than anything. Needless to say we will no longer be using this company for our home.

We had a great experience with Anthony and Malachi recently with Comfort Heating & Air. They were both very prompt, friendly, courteous and so easy to work with. The repair was very quick! We were really surprised when everything was still under warranty! I would recommend them to anyone.

So I have a story to tell. A round of storms came through and took out our AC overnight. My husband and I both work early hours so he didn't catch it until almost 4:30 pm the following evening. Mind you we then have a 2 year old and a 3 month old infant, in a 89 degree house in 100+ degree August weather.... after my husband called me, I immediately called.
