New building 12 new furnaces. Had issue with two, difficult to get a call back from these people to look into problem. Called beginning of the month then on 11th, 12 and 13 only responded on 28th. Once on site they were professional and efficient.
They don't stand by their work or answer their phone, or call back. Installed a brand new heater that doesn't work, can't get them to come back and make it run.
